Paola Figliodoni is based at our Milan office and she has extensive experience in commercial and corporate litigation matters, assisting numerous leading financial institutions, Italian and multinational companies, operating in various sectors. In addition, she is an expert in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

Paola graduated magna cum laude in Law from the Università Statale di Milano in 1990.

Prior to joining our firm, she worked at Legance and NCTM law firms.

She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 1994.
