Marco Marinoni assists clients on corporate extraordinary transactions including the transfers of shareholdings, business units and assets, real estate matters as well as those pertaining to insolvency and special situations.

He advises companies in their resolving their financial distress, including composition with creditors with respect to both negotiated settlements and court proceedings.

Furthermore, he provides his services to banks and financial intermediaries in relation to all credit protection and enhancement means.

Marco has comprehensive experience in financial and commercial litigation and bankruptcy proceedings as well as issues pertaining to negotiation, extraordinary transactions, M&A and real estate transactions.

Marco graduated cum laude from the Università degli Studi dell’Insubria in 2002 and joined the firm immediately after graduating. He became a partner in 2013 and was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2006.
