Cecilia Lampertico is a partner at the Milan office.

Cecilia advises on contentions and non-contentious civil and commercial matters. She is an expert on factoring and advises leading market players on their legal disputes with assignors and/or assigned debtors, including with respect to insolvency proceedings. Furthermore, she continuously assists our clients in drafting and negotiating factor agreements and updating internal procedures.

She has advises financial creditors in relation to debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

Celia was admitted to the Milan Bar in 1994 and before joining our firm in 1999, she trained at a boutique law firm in Milan, advising on civil and commercial law matters.

She graduated magna cum laude in 1991 from the Università Statale di Milano with a dissertation on Civil Procedure Law and was awarded a one-year scholarship from the University for which she attended the London School of Economics as a Research Scholar.
