The preconditions for the restart of the Nuova Madonnina construction site in terms of assessed sustainability has been created with the agreement dated April 19, 2018 between Berenice and Caricesena. Berenice, represented by the Unlikely to Pay and Special Situations team of Cerved Credit Management Spa, has committed to convert part of its credit, re-balancing the remaining part, and Cassa di Risparmio di Cesena, in its new capacity role of a company of the Crèdit Agricole Italia Banking Group, through the central restructuring structure of the latter, has expressed its commitment to grant a new significant amount. After the approval of the agreement by the Court of Forlì the existing works will be completed with the possibility of realizing housing and commercial areas and requalify such important industrial area as Parco Europa, also with the necessary support of the Municipality of Cesena with which a process was started for the modification of the  urban development agreement which is now beingfinalised.

The financial creditors were assisted by lawyers Linda Morellini and Andrea Chiloiro and trainee Federica Dipilato from Giovanardi-Pototschnig & Associati.
