Publications and conventions

Chiara is a junior  associate working in Milan office.

She focuses her practice in both litigation and extrajudicial activity, with regard to civil law and  insolvency.

In 2009, following her graduation cum laude (highest honours) in Law at Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca, she started cooperating with the Department of Private Comparative Law – Comparative Obligations and Contracts Law of Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca.

In 2014 she was awarded with a Ph.D. in Legal Science by the Department of Private Law and History of Civil Law, curriculum Comparative Law at the Università degli Studi di Milano.

Chiara joined the firm in 2009 and is mainly active in the litigation activity, relating to civil and contractual law.

She was admitted to the Bar in 2012 and is a member of Milan Bar Association.

Chiara mostly advises individuals, banking institutions, financial intermediaries and factoring companies on judicial and extra-judicial civil law issues, with special regard to bankruptcy procedures, credit assignment, factoring and claims for damages due to reports to the Credit Bureau of Bank of Italy.

She still pursues her personal interest in European private and comparative law, with special regard to Common Law system and French law.
