Courthouses making history
Here a collection of pictures, mostly historical, portraying Italian courthouses (with two exceptions).
From north to south of Italy, yellowed black and white images, faded colors of ancient and modern buildings tell the stories of the places that have represented or represent nowadays the symbols of Justice’s administration.
The collection ends with a rare sepia-tone image picturing a building made of straw and clay: the photo, taken in East Africa, depicts an Abyssinian Court. The history of Italian Justice has gotten even that far.
